We offer full flexibility. Training can be delivered on-site at your premises, at an external venue, via live virtual workshops using platforms like Microsoft Teams or Zoom, or as a blended programme combining in-person and online elements. Virtual sessions are fully interactive with breakout rooms, case studies, and group exercises. We will recommend the best format based on your team's location, availability, and learning preferences.
What are the ideal group sizes for training sessions?
For interactive workshops, we recommend groups of 8 to 15 participants. This size allows for meaningful discussion, practical exercises, and individual attention from the facilitator. For awareness-level sessions such as equality and diversity briefings, we can accommodate larger groups of up to 30. One-to-one coaching and small group sessions of 3 to 5 people are also available for senior leaders or individuals who require focused development.
Do participants receive certification?
Yes. All participants receive a certificate of completion for each training programme or workshop attended. This can be used for continuing professional development (CPD) records, internal personnel files, and to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements. For longer development programmes, we provide a detailed competency assessment and individual development plan in addition to the certificate.
